The room was great and cosy, the restaurants, bars and lounge areas are so comfortable and well maintained. The spa is to live for, great swimming pool, sauna and steam, the relaxation room is the best, silent scented and cosy. I’ll definitely come back!

Lovely staff especially at the bar which was fitted out beautifully and I loved the little history lessons in the bar menu. The doors slam really hard and wake you up so soft closing doors would be a good investment! Nice hotel and really yummy breakfast

The hotel and rooms are beautiful!! However the service at breakfast was terrible. Waited over three quarters of an hour just to get a pot of tea, despite numerous requests. This happened on both mornings of our stay and therefore ruined our experience. Attended the Friday BBQ but unfortunately the food was cold. Would have been so much better self service! Despite this staff were very polite and friendly - it was just VERY slow
