「Fantastic hotel, great facilities pity about event planning, not well organised, poor communication, staff and kitchen were at logger heads and were unable to deliver the menu agreed. Service was terrible or excellent depending on who was in charge on the day. 」

「Check in was great Room very smal Lunch was not good had clubsandwich chicken was very dry send it back dinner was ok nothing special restaurant and bar staff looked like their did not want to be their Breakfast was ok but no real service 」

「This place is not ready for the public yet, the room is very dated, the windows are very old and damaged, the carpet was disgusting, the bed sheets were not changed from the previous visit. The shower was not comfortable either. The gym was good, and the staff seemed friendly, but the hotel needs a major uplift to justify the room rates they are charging」
