「I enjoyed my stay at Torrington Hall. I was in St Albans for work and needed a room at short notice. The self check-in instructions were sent to me in advance and were very clear. The room was lovely, with good wifi, a desk to work on, comfortable bed, and a smart TV so I could login to Netflix/Prime. The bathroom was large with a good size shower which was hot with good pressure. There was a fridge in the room and tea/coffee facilities which were very useful. Being able to use the kitchen...

「The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. 「Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.」

「The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking.
