"Excelente "

"This hotel is in a great area if you're in town to see Broadway shows. However, it's an older hotel and it shows -- none of the outlets in the bathroom worked, some of the other outlets were inactive, the shower leaked puddles onto the floor, the toilet was tough to flush, etc. Nothing major, still a decent stay with decent amenities on the first floor, but the little things added up to push this property a little lower on the list of my preferred hotels in the area. "

"The staff was friendly. Appreciated the discounted parking at Rockefeller garage. Rooms are small but it was just me do it was ok."

"Overall, it was a nice stay. I liked my corner room; it was very nice. Since part of the hotel was under renovation, there wasn't a restaurant to eat in for dinner. I didn't like the mandatory daily urban charge of $35 applied to my account, which forced me to spend money at the hotel. If you don't buy something they still take the money out of your account."

"We stayed here for 5 nights and loved the convenience of location . So many metro lines around. Also walking distance to most places we wanted to see. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are great too. If you can, get a higher floor as NY is so loud 24/7. "
