「The living room air/heat condition does not work」

「My husband is a patient at Sloan Kettering. The hotel is close to this facility. The woman who assisted us with our check in was extremely helpful and considerate. She checked us out the next day and was just as pleasant. I did not get her name but she was on duty Monday evening July 28 and Tuesday morning the 29th. The accessible room was well equipped for my husband to move freely. The shower was very well set up for someone who is disabled. We are returning next week.」
