「Staff efficient but robotic and lacked empathy. Bedroom tired and the lighting was inadequate when applying make-up. Dim lights might be romantic but a dressing table with a proper lamp so you can see what you look like is essential! Hot water in bathroom basin very slow in coming through and the toilet seat is misaligned 」

「Almost great, but faded glory is a better summary. The "king size" bed was actually a 5' wide "queen", and of a bouncy trampoline design that dates back a few decades. The breakfast buffet lacked modern coffee selections -- just a decent large pre-brewed spout for it -- and had no chopped fruit etc. Adequate yes, great not. Parking was easy.
