「On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id...

「On our arrival though a little later than expected we parked right outside the accommodation and we was met at the door by one of the lovely owners who gave us our room and front door keys, with information about breakfast times etc. On 1st impressions I knew it was spotless and very well presented. 「Firstly, £15 a day for the privilege of parking at the hotel and it’s on a first come first serve basis, is more the norm now bits it’s appalling, if you go out your not guaranteed your spot once returned. Tv didn’t work until I asked twice for it to be sorted and the fridge didn’t work and didn’t get sorted. However, it’s a lovely new/clean and well designed hotel. Comfy bed, lovely on suite and a great location for Paignton and close by Torquay. Overall we would go again!」
