「We were in room 1. It was immaculate, big comfy bed Fantastic shower, tea and coffee and a well stocked kitchen that was spotlessly clean. Alexa in kitchen to enjoy music if required. Access was easy and instructions regarding everything were in the folder in the room. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely stay again and recommend as well to family and friends.」

「The rooms were clean and well serviced. The bed was solid and comfy. The staff were very helpful. I saw people have had issues with the water pressure in the showers. I waited about twenty seconds for the pump to kick in and it was a great shower. Comments about the walls being thin. On the first night I had nightmare neighbours. But Steve promptly dealt with them and no more noise. Simples. I was there for 5 nights. Had different, more courteous neighbours during the rest of my stay. No...

「Great communication from the owner Tom from the beginning as he phoned us in the morning to help us navigate through the road closures due to the air show and thousands of people attending. Had a lovely stay, comfy bed and great location. Would recommend and visit again. Just how a family owned guest house should be. 」

「A wonderful hotel across the road from the beach. Check in was very easy, the gentleman was happy and informative. The room had everything we needed including a fan, clean, well kept and beautifully simple. Very quiet at night, with a comfortable bed, breakfast was brilliant with multiple choices, cooked quickly and the chef was great. 「The best way to describe the Great Western is with the two words, quaint and quirky! The house is in the middle of a massive re-vamp, but that did not impinge on my stay, which was short, but long enough to form a very positive opinion.
