「wonderful hotel in quiet location with beautiful views of the beach and harbor」

「Beautiful place, beautiful room and amazing food. I was a little bit disappointed that breakfast has now become a buffet for the "continental" part of it, even drinks are self serve. When we were there before it was all traditional table service and felt a bit nicer. It was still a great breakfast I would just prefer the old way! The outdoor pool was lovely and the spa was nice too. Views are incredible. Staff are veryfriendly and welcoming.Would definitely go back!」

「Lovely seaside retreat, perfect location and welcoming hosts. Breakfast was great and easy walking distance to the harbour. We had a harbour view room and the sunshine came through lovely late afternoon to enjoy whilst getting ready for the evening. Would highly recommend.」

「A little gem. Had a fantastic weekend stay at The Smugglers. From the minute we checked in to the moment we left, the staff made us very welcome. The restaurant served superb steaks cooked on their charcoal grill. thank you Mark and Emily and all the staff. 「Stayed 2 nights in twin room. The room was small ,however it had everything we needed. There was tea/ coffe/ hot chocolate available in the room that was replenished daily. The room was warm as we were top floor, but there was a fan provided which was very welcome. The bathroom was very small, and you may find a struggle if on larger size, however like rest of property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and really good. 」

「Loved our stay at Devon House. We were greeted with a very warm welcome even though we arrived later than expected. Room was a nice size, decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. Location was great and we were within walking distance of everything we needed. Thanks for having us, we would love to come back one day…」

「Loved the room, it was a comfy bed and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were helpful, chatty and very welcoming. We had breakfast most days and lunch on the day we didn’t in the pub downstairs and Alex even remembered what sauce we liked! The pub had a fab atmosphere, the food was lush and the cocktails were gorgeous. Would definitely stay again 💕❤️😍」
