「All of the staff from the reception team to the breakfast team bar team and room cleaning team were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and quiet with plenty of tea/coffee/milk/ biscuits for our 1 night stay. We really enjoyed having use of the pool/steam room/sauna and jacuzzi. Especially adults gaving use of it for an hour before children were allowed in. Definitely would stay there again. 」

「The property itself okay, but unclean. The bedding was clean, but the carpeted areas and soft furnishings were not. Crumbs on the sofa and visibly dirty dusty carpet, the mattress was deeply stained brown and filled with crumbs and food waste under it. Has some cute features throughout , however, the biggest issue with this property is the incredibly vile smell of drainage or sewage that permeates in the living room. 「Beautiful place, beautiful room and amazing food. I was a little bit disappointed that breakfast has now become a buffet for the "continental" part of it, even drinks are self serve. When we were there before it was all traditional table service and felt a bit nicer. It was still a great breakfast I would just prefer the old way! The outdoor pool was lovely and the spa was nice too. Views are incredible. Staff are veryfriendly and welcoming.Would definitely go back!」
