「Room was very comfortable, staff are friendly, foods is excellent. But, it needs improvement in car park facilities, an additional staff for parking may be better at peak season.」

「Stayed here as an entry point to the South West Coastal path so whilst the town itself only has a pub and a post office, it was perfect for a 1 night stay before starting a long walk. There's also a local bus which goes a few times a day. Big room, very clean and comfortable, great breakfast included. Lovely stay.」

「The room was very comfortable, the staff were excellent. We loved the ambience and the food There was nothing we disliked except the proximity of the village church which insisted on striking every quarter hour day and night. It was an unusually warm night in October so we had the window open so I would advise using earplugs if the window is open.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good spa facilities which were clean. The room was well set out and clean, although it felt a little tired! Breakfast was good, all fresh and scrambled and poached eggs cooked to order. All in all a good stay.」

「Such a lovely friendly receptionist on arrival. We had the green room and it was big and very clean.」

「A unique historical Boutigue style Inn. Excellent Food, location and very pleasant & helpfull staff」

「Lovely birthday trip and excellent stay at this hotel. They upgraded me in a luxury room on my birthday day, they are always be so attentive and willing to help you. I would highly recommend this hotel. This is one of the best choice in UK.」

「Very nice room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. My only criticism would be the indoor pool which is looking a bit tired」

「Beautiful hotel. Very attentive staff throughout or staff.」

「Nice bed and breakfast with great views from our harbour view room. Staff helpful and friendly and very dog friendly. Lovely breakfast and handy being able to book a parking space. Great location to Brixham with their lovely pub down the road and plenty of nice places to eat too. Definitely recommend.」

「all food was good. cream tea was excellent. staff were lovely. we will be back.」

「The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals. The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route.」

「Perfect location」

「Wonderful location would certainly return.」
