Great location for festival. Large balcony with good views. Bed on slope so uncomfortable and room smelt funny. No hand wash.

Ignore the bad reviews. This is the second year running I’ve came here with my children. The hotel is clean and the staff are really polite and helpful it’s cheaper than the other hotels in the area as it’s being refurbished the rooms are decent and lovely views if you get a sea room.

we always stay at the Richmond hotel when we go away the staff are friendly . The hotel is a lovely place, the staff was friendly and very helpful. On the days when we stayed the unique bad things we encountered were noise guesses in the room next door, so we couldn't really rest as we expected but apart from that attention at the hotel in great!

Only nice thing was the view from the room window. Didnt get any sleep due to noisey residents partying until atleast 4am. Hotel desperately needing refurbishing depressive downstairs reception and dining areas. Website very misleading with facilities as there was no bar and no parking This hotel should be closed down as definitely not fit for purpose

It was cheap as chips, which is why I booked it. But the room was dingy. Lots of areas badly in need of maintenance and the icing on the cake was a badly chipped mug provided to make coffee.

Been to this hotel before it was lovely new owners now arrived was told I needed photo ID if I didn’t have it I had to pay £100 deposit they charge you £10 for parking you can park out on the road for free plenty of space my bathroom has mould door not painted properly Toilet roll hanging off wall curtains with filthy sideboard was stained and scratched up. Need a good clean and new furniture. Must say bedding was very clean comfortable bed had a beautiful view from balcony. As long as you know, it’s a budget hotel you’ll be okay don’t expect the Ritz.

No cold water for the whole of the 7 days had to buy bottled water to have wash lift never worked for the whole of the stay room not cleaned at all for 7days towels not changed for the whole of the stay bin not emptied for the whole of the stay tea tray not filled up just absolutely disgusting the only thing that was good was the view if I could of found some were else to stay I would have left on day 2
