Room was lovely and bright, could just see the estuary in the distance. Comfy bed, bathroom was small. Food was great, even served roast on Sun evening and it was delicious. We ate both nights of our stay, food was delicious and restaurant really busy which is a good sign. Staff and locals were very friendly. All in all a great find.

Helpful location for what we needed. Room was clean and reasonably well appointed with a couple of bottles of water. Shower was a little tricky to figure out what knob did which thing but otherwise fine. Food in the pub in the evening was ok, but didn’t come across as particularly home made. The brie wedges were no better than the ones you get in the supermarket for £1. Service was a little varied. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. I can see their market and it’s not me and that’s fine.
