The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I have stayed here before and it is one of the few hotels in Plymouth that has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a hairdryer and iron. There are also flavored water and apples available in the lobby every day for guests. The staff is always lovely. It is very close to the mall, food and the Barbican. The restaurant is good and has a very cheerful bar area after a long, rainy day.
