Staff so friendly and helpful. Came to Exmouth for family celebration so only use facilities briefly. Spent one evening in bar, reasonably priced etc. Nice breakfast and staff even allowed our relatives to come on anniversary morning and made it very special. Lovely view of River Exe from our room. Will definitely stay there again .

Disappointed that there was no wifi, so couldn't watch TV or use laptops, said they'd had problems for a couple of weeks but never mentioned it b4 arrival so no opportunity to look elsewhere and no goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. No problems with any of the staff, they were great. Rooms are dated and could do with a couple of upgrades, decent breakfast though. No I wouldn't book again.

The shower over the bath was a mixer shower which was almost impossible to get the temperature correct. The taps were not marked hot or cold and the hot water could have easily scalded a child. The bathroom ceiling slopped and I banged my head several times and I'm only 5'-09". The staff were very friendly and efficient breakfast was nice. The bar was reasonably priced.

Good position, lovely view of Exmouth from the room. Good access to the town and the many beautiful walks in the area. Staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. It truly was a dog -friendly hotels our little Teddy would love to visit again.

The room was nice with a beautiful sea view, but the windows were on the small side being on the 3rd floor. The staff were really polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was lovely with fresh ingredients. It was great to have free parking available .
