「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...

「Very friendly reception and staffs. Comfortable bed in the room. The atmosphere when happy hour is excellent with good apple cider going with wine. I would love to stay here again when visiting San Francisco.」

「还不错的酒店 就是比较倒霉的是我们入住当天下午酒店居然停电 到夜里三点多才来电…我的房间居然有蚂蚁 预定的房间是可以看到葡萄🍇园的 可以忘出去就是黄土一片 很多工人在搭建葡萄园…住了三晚总体还是不错的 酒店的确有自己的葡萄园 可以走过去逛逛 房间也算舒适 卫生间很大 停车方便 吃东西去超市还有坐wine train都是开车十分钟内的路程…」
