"The staff were all helpful and accommodating to every request and question. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. The view from the windows was a complete bonus (especially at night)! Minutes walk from pretty much everything. Thanks for a nice stay - we will be back."

No coffee to go
"I didn’t want breakfast I was just wanting coffee to go and they would not let me get coffee to go. The room was nice though and location is great for Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, and Fisherman’s Wharf."

"This was a great stay over all. Great communication and very fast response. Place was exactly how the online photos looked. Only minor thing was the couch had miscellaneous food and trash debris in the cracks. Will definitely recommend."
