"Room was spacious, updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and there were 2 chairs that reclined so we didn't have to resort to sitting on the bed. Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel was conveniently located for our purposes."

"phone & wi-fi access was terrible. that said the room was surprisingly quiet considering how close to freeway we were & very convenient to places we went tho none were 'walkable' still the staff were excellent & very helpful (due to train schedule we arrived quite late and they were most accomidating = loved having a fridge/microwave- tv service was great. i personally found the mattress hard but i like a softer one. wish they had softer pillows tho. -- this is not against the room - i just find the platform bed style they use (as does motel 6 etc) to be very uncomfortable as the mattress slides around on it. but thats just not a preference of mine."
