This was the perfect place for a girls weekend. We enjoyed the spa ok site. Did some wine tasting at Post, had a yummy Sandwich from the Market, dinner at Boon Fly and enjoyed the hot tub at night.

Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay special. We stayed in Yarrow 1, and it felt like our own private retreat. The space was peaceful and secluded, with a private patio, an indoor/outdoor shower, and heated floors in the bathroom that made every morning feel a little bit luxurious. Breakfast quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. Boon Fly Café was the spot – their doughnuts are incredible and absolutely worth the hype. On mornings when Boon Fly was too busy, we headed up to Hilltop. The view from there is stunning, and the breakfast was just as impressive. A big bonus: you can order the Boon Fly doughnuts at Hilltop as well, so we never had to miss out. For dinner, FARM at Carneros was the star. The cocktails from the bar were fantastic, the food was outstanding, and once again the service was flawless. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly executed. A huge part of what made the trip so seamless was the concierge. She essentially planned our entire stay. We gave a bit of input, but she truly was the star behind the scenes, coordinating everything and making sure each part of our trip flowed perfectly. Overall, our stay at Carneros Resort and Spa was amazing from start to finish. It’s not a question of if we’ll be back, but when.

This is a first class property. The service was impeccable. The cottages are comfortable, clean and modern. Everyone was focused on our every need. The farm to table food was delicious and healthy. It’s so quiet and private. The spa was top notch. It was also just a 15 minute ride to downtown where there are shops and the wine train. The tasting room was great with selections of wines and whiskeys, I loved it here!

My husband and I had been to Carneros a couple times, but we recently brought our 5 year old daughter along and it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever taken as a family. The resort typically feels like an adult space, so its ability to transform into a family friendly cozy spot is pretty remarkable. I appreciate how subtly they work in options and activities for kids while they maintain a quiet, peaceful environment. We toured the property’s bee hives and gardens and were spoiled by COO Michael Ford there and then throughout the rest of our trip. We went on the Little Green Thumb garden tour with Chef Jeffrey Jake. My daughter and I had the most amazing afternoon with him while my husband enjoyed the spa. We had anticipated needing to leave the resort throughout the long weekend to keep our daughter occupied, but there was so much to do and eat and enjoy onsite that we hardly touched our car. Everyone left the vacation relaxed, recharged and bonded. Also depressed since we didn’t want to go. Thank you, Carneros, we can’t wait to see you again!
