"We enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar! We stayed in room #1 by the pool. The AC was cold and the room was clean. The views are beautiful. You have full use of the outdoor kitchen and the full size refrigerator is shared by all 6 rooms. Plenty of space for drinks etc. Caribbean Garden next door was excellent for breakfast and dinner. "Planet Hollywood is going to be one of my new favorite places to go in Cancun. We had the swim-up room with the ocean view and always ended our night in our own private pool. Our two butlers, Edwar and Santiago, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and that anything we asked of them was done quickly and professionally. Edwar and Santiago were able to get us added discounts, restaurant reservations, and even walked us to the restaurants to ensure we were taken care of. They sent us a daily schedule of activities and sent reminders of what was going on. Paola, who was the hookah attendant, remembered us by name, and we never had to wait to get a table. When we got our papaguayo by the pool, Francisco made our time there memorable. Not only did he bring us a special platter of food, but he kept our cups full and made sure we took full advantage of our time by the pool. Definitely will go back to the spa for hydrotherapy, and the 50-minute massage by the beach with Irene was amazing. We stayed on the Adult Scene Star Class, and they truly made you feel like a star. There is something to do all day, and the disco/nightclub got better every night. The food was amazing at each restaurant; our favorites were the Braza Grill and the Sunset Strip steak houses. We are planning another trip soon and will be staying at Planet Hollywood Adult Scene with the Star class again."

"El servicio de mayordomos por parte de Sarah, Víctor y Alejandro es maravilloso. La comida si deja un poco que desear, en general es insípida. A reserva del Restaurante porto fino, Adelita y le petit chef, los demás si tienen mal sazón, el servicio a cuarto de igual forma es de mal sabor y mejor evitarlo. La puntualidad en los servicios también deja que desear, por ejemplo el Gimnasio supuestamente abre a las 6:00 y estuve esperando una hora para que lo abrieran, lo mismo pasa con los horarios de los restaurantes por la mañana. Recomendación, implementar unifila en las paradas de los carritos, la gente no respeta el orden de llegada y nos tocó presenciar una pelea verbal bastante fuerte que casi llega a lo físico por no ordenar las cosas desde el inicio. Las instalaciones son de primera y la playa es súper limpia, muy poco sargazo."
