Spotless with swift service and correction of any issues. The Butler, Alexa, wonderful, attentive, and communicative. Concierge, Marcia, extremely helpful, thorough, and has the warmest energy. Every on staff that I encountered is great at what they do. The property is gorgeous. The food is delicious.

I don’t usually take the time to leave feedback about hotels, but this time I genuinely want to share my experience. First, the level of customer service is exceptional — truly unreal how good and attentive the entire staff is. The food was amazing as well. Normally by the end of my trips I’m tired of the food, but this place has such great restaurants that we were delighted every single day. The rooms are impeccably clean and spotless. And with only about 80 rooms, the hotel feels peaceful and quiet — definitely not a place for partying, but the perfect spot if you’re looking to relax. 5 stars to this hotel!

The hotel is brand new. The room was wired all over with accommodating features like lighting and ambiance music. You won't find staff anywhere else that will provide this level of service. Marcos and Regina were a cut above. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay better and stress-free. The food was so good it made me emotional at times. Cannot say enough good things about this place. 6 stars if i could.

A spectacular 4 night getaway with my wife. The food, the cocktails, the grounds all 10/10. What separates this property from others is the room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in and the service was unreal. If total relaxation with great food and drink along with unparalleled service is your thing this is the resort for you. Lastly the rooftop pool is unforgettable, we are recharged and missing our trip already.

At the arrival they gave us lowest floor corner ocean view room with one side facing construction area even the occupancy was probably less then 40%. First morning the construction noises woke us up at 7am so we ask if they can change our room and they did . We got the same room on the other side of the building one floor up. Rooms spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated.

We recently stayed at the Mousai Hotel in Cancún and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with breathtaking views. Jose at the front desk was very nice and welcomed us in to this amazing hotel. This was like a 6 star hotel we stayed at in Dubai last year!! The food at the NOI restaurant was five-star quality, with so many options that we looked forward to each meal. The pools, beach, and amenities were all top notch, making it the perfect vacation of relaxation and luxury! Alexa at the concierge helped us with all our reservations and Alfredo who was our waiter at the rooftop pool was awesome!! Very nice staff all around. We will definitely come back and tell all our friends!!!

Concierge service was not good, nobody answered my calls or returned calls when I made calls down to the front, I requested different bar and snack make up and this was never completed - everytime I asked concierge for something it was another departments responsibility, for as much money as I paid I was expecting better service. room service was horrible the food was so bad, building is beautiful

The perfect scape hotel - other than the seaweed

Hotel Mousai has amazing service (truly over the top) and the property and views are beautiful. Restaurant NOI is excellent - breakfast & dinner. Some of the others are a bit crowded and not as special, though very satisfactory. Pool areas are exquisite. Spa is fantastic. Only downside of this incredible resort is lots (!) of seaweed on the natural beach, which makes swimming/snorkeling in front of the hotel a “no go”. Regardless, it’s one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and guests are treated with sincere care.
