The gardens and grounds are stunning with art , statues from orginal owners travels. Do not miss the history tour of the property given by the general manager. 「The motel is very charming and the partial ocen view from the deluxe king room upstairs was wonderful. Balcony and tub were huge. The carpet does need to be replaced with laminate or tile, as it stays very moist and leaves a lingering mildew odor which impacts air quality. In the end, the proximity to the actual beach/ocean wins it for this property, and we were glad we chose it over the newer, fancier places farther from the sea. 」
