「The rooms smell like humidity. The food was bad at the “seafood” restaurant. The buffet did not offer a variety of foods, only one kind of steak, chicken and pork. No shrimp or fish options. Everyday was the same food. For a tropical country there were no tropical fruits. No guava, mango or even avocado. Italian restaurant was okay.」

「Overall, the staff was very nice. The pool could use more maintenance. We didn’t use the pool because they didn’t look too clean. The buffet could have a little bit more international selection. Otherwise, everyone treated us well.」

「My stay at the resort was overall enjoyable, but there were several issues that affected our experience. Room: Our room had a strong odor—similar to a wet towel or even cat urine—that appeared in the late afternoon and lasted through the night. This made it difficult for my wife to sleep on some nights, and it definitely took away from the comfort we expected. Dining: The Italian restaurant was disappointing.
