Even though the Jacuzzi was dirty as hell. I was able to ask a personal assistant that was assigned to me. To have it cleaned and he did so. I was so amazed how clean this resort was to the corners of the walls. Not a bug or web in site. Strictly unbelievable. Different things I observed. The staff love LOVE white people. It’s so many times I was expecting the same service but they went out there way for the white people. Other than that really enjoyed it.

Pool areas were open with great service and access to food and drink. Always staff available so you don't even have to move from your cabana or lounge chair. Staff were incredible! Steakhouse ribeye was excellent! Beach side BBQ was delicious! Amenities were impressive!

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The effort to make sure we were happy on our special occasion was top notch. Our personal concierge “Leonardo” went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every single day! We went for our 10 year anniversary and will most definitely have to come back. Recommend the spa treatment! Make sure to book the Sharkey’s Catamaran excursion, and the Bávaro Adventures! 10/10!! Thanks to all the staff for making this trip, one to remember!

Rooms were consistently clean, which I appreciated. However, I had multiple issues with housekeeping entering our room without properly announcing themselves. On at least two occasions, staff opened the door while we were inside changing to replace items like toilet paper. While I understand the intent, basic courtesy like knocking should be standard. Additionally, after returning to our room one day to tip our butler, we noticed a $20 bill missing from our luggage. This raised serious concerns about trust with housekeeping. While the rooms were well-maintained, professionalism and respect for guest privacy were lacking. Aside from that, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were enjoyable, but I did notice a sulfur or “rotten egg” smell in certain areas, along with visible signs of algae and buildup near the swim-up bar and jets, which suggests inconsistent maintenance. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of enforcement in adults-only areas. Despite booking the adults-only side for a more relaxed experience, we repeatedly encountered underage guests drinking, smoking, and occupying spaces like Coco Disco, the casino, and bars. This significantly impacted the atmosphere and ultimately took away from what should have been a more enjoyable experience for my wife and I. Many of the adults we spoke to about the Coco Disco often referred to it (mockingly or jokingly) as “Epstein’s Island” due to the large amount of children being let into the night club.

This was a return trip for us. Each experience is better than the last one. The property is fantastic. The rooms and pools are really well appointed and well kept. The grounds are immaculate. The beach is incredible. Our butler Leonel was very attentive and exceeded all of our expectations in every aspect of our stay. “Primo”. The breakfast hostess, Ana Maria, is always a delight and always greeted is with a smile every morning. Noemi is another hostess who makes meal time fun and enjoyable. Raffi at the Tiki Bar is a perennial favorite. All in all, this is a really great resort and the experience is really put over the top by the staff. Every person from the groundskeepers to the bartenders seems genuinely happy to be there and focused on making the guests experience positive in any way they can. Will be returning, 100%.

First All Inclusive stay. All staff warm and friendly, they see guests as family and address you as such. Swim-up suite was comfortable, spacious and cool. There was a broken table leg which we reported. Food and drinks plentiful, we enjoyed the evening Michael Jackson and Circus shows in the theater. Beach was beautiful, don't miss the foam party in the pool! Shout out to Pablo our butler, Michael our server at the Oasis and Seaside Buffet, and Noemi the Seaside hostess.

The rooms are clean restaurants were clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The groundskeepers were always busy, raking up debris, pruning bushes and everything was so beautiful. The pools were clean well kept always had towels. The beaches were groomed every morning very impressive.

Very nice size rooms. I would recommend the swim up suites. Staff is attentive and helpful. The only issue we had was the last day housekeeping was delayed and had to be contacted.

Everything was great! The staff was awesome, and the place was very clean. I had a butler named Morillo who was really helpful and attentive, taking care of everything for us. The view was fantastic, and there were plenty of bars and food options. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to relax and have a great time.

The pool area was very enjoyable. We found the food selection and quality to be awesome. This was our 6th time here and we again stayed for two weeks. I can not say enough about the staff, just awesome individuals.
