Rafael was our personal concierge for the trip and was helpful in setting our reservations, getting our room attended to, and answering any questions we had.
The adults only preferred club pool was where we spent most our time, and the swim up bartender Alejandro and waiter Jeancey were very attentive and gave us a great experience. The beach was alright, sargassum was managed well but unavoidable.
The buffet at Dreams was mediocre at best, but the buffet on the Adults-Only Breathless side was a much better option for breakfast and lunch. And their beachfront grill was much better than the one at Dreams as well quite frankly. Hibachi at Spice was a fun experience with just good food. The steakhouse and Italian restaurants were the highlights food wise.
This was our first all inclusive experience and first time in the Caribbean. We both had a great experience especially for the value and would happily return."
