"Our stay at Grand Palladium Select exceeded our expectations!
At the beginning of our vacation, we experienced a few issues, but the hotel addressed them immediately. A special thank you to Rafael, who took great care of us throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. We truly appreciate all of his support.
The service, food, and overall infrastructure were excellent. One thing we especially loved is that the villas are spread throughout the beautiful grounds, so you naturally spend more time walking and enjoying the scenery instead of staying in one main building. The entire resort is lush, tropical, incredibly well maintained, and full of beautiful greenery. Everywhere you look is picturesque.
The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made our vacation even more enjoyable.
Our favorite restaurants were Adelita, El Dorado (they served the best steak of our trip!), and the Spanish restaurant, which was also absolutely delicious.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire Grand Palladium Select team for making our family vacation so enjoyable!"
