"The check-in process is absolutely terrible. Took over an hour. The room was clean with the exception of the open bottles of water in the fridge. The air-conditioning worked well. The property could be cleaner, as there were not many staff walking around cleaning like at other rius we have stayed at in other countries. The food is just OK, there’s something for everyone. The bartenders seem to lack personality, and make you feel like more of an annoyance than anything. The drinks also seemed to vary inconsistency from Bar to bar. My biggest complaint, which is not the resort‘s fault, is the disrespect from the visitors. They disrespect the property, the employees, and other visitors."
