"Best part of the trip was our Butler named Franklin. He made everything run smoothly. Also Carlos at the pool was great and energetic. Very kind and talked with our kids about baseball. Food was good for an all inclusive and several options to choose from. We did have an issue with the first room and Franklin moved us to a much nicer room quickly. The beach was nice but seaweed was horrible so we chose to spend most of the trip at the pools. The lazy river was great but there were never enough floats. The bars did not have any bananas so they could not make the drinks that our kids enjoy. The bowling alley and shows were great. The worst part of the entire week was a guy named Sandy. He about ruined the trip for us. He works for the resort but apparently he claims he only gets paid if you go listen to a spill about buying premium status for the Ocean resorts. We told him we were not interested 5 times. He literally stalked us around the resort. Called our room, waited on us outside the rooms, waited outside breakfast. He would not leave us alone. After paying the amount of money we paid for the trip I should not be harassed by employees."
