"Incredibly mediocre. We requested complimentary water bottles to our room, which took 2 hours. No AC in the lobby and each restaurant, so you will be dripping in sweat while eating. Also you will be bothered by flies and mosquitoes while you eat so prepare for that. We asked for ice in our room, we were told to find ice machines by each elevator… surprise! Each one was broken. The walls are paper thin so you will hear every little thing going on around your room. Elevators weren’t working on our final day to bring our suitcases up to the lobby, including getting an error in the app when requesting a bellhop to assist with the luggage so now we’re dripping sweat.
Our room wasn’t available until 5:30pm, including an employee being in our room with their shoes off when we walked in…
It’s actually sad how bad the service was from the front desk. If they ever decided to answer the phone it would take 10+ minutes.
The drinks made at the pool bar and lobby bar were perfect. Outside of that and 2 restaurants, I could never recommend this place. You can’t even enjoy your time on the beach or walking to the bigger with all the salesman begging you to buy pointless stuff. We should’ve went back to Aquamarine where the service was exceptional. This place needs a revamp"
