"Our vacation were great. But I think the hotel need to improve a little bit more. My parents room were perfect. In our case . We get an old room. The shower were crazy , all water out of the shower because it was no door on the shower. The air conditioner did not cold enough, and the noise from it was so annoying. The sink were broken because every time we use it, the water stuck for hours. That’s the kind of situation we live but do not stopped us from have a great vacation. I just think is not fair to be paying for a quality hotel and get those issues. Hope in the future visit this property without these issues"
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort

"We visited with our family and had an incredible experience overall. The property is stunning, the amenities are outstanding, and compared to another all-inclusive we visited six months ago, the difference in quality was immediately noticeable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The water park and pools are a highlight, with food conveniently available nearby. My 7-year-old had an absolute blast and the Kids Club was impressively large and fun. On the dining side, only two restaurants accept reservations. ZEN was delicious and TORO was a disappointment as we sat 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. The remaining restaurants are first come first served with wait times over one hour, which meant we could not try most of them. A few service issues worth mentioning: room service took 90 minutes when we were told 45, and at checkout we requested bellhop assistance that never arrived. Also, the concierge assigned to you is essentially a salesperson pushing their membership program, so just be prepared for that. The shows are decent though Royalton has better entertainment and more engaging activities. Overall this is a spectacular resort and we would absolutely return. The property, pools, water park and rooms are truly impressive, but dining reservations and guest services need improvement."

"We had not been to Punta Cana for several years but returned to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, our vacation got off to a bad start when we were carted away from reception for a "welcome breakfast" and "tour" of the compound. This in fact turned out to be a high pressure sales operation to make us commit to some kind of Palladium deal for future travel. Once we realized what was happening and registered our disinterest, they persisted until I was forced to become angry and demand our freedom. This can't possibly be good business. -Fortunately our butler, Norielis, made the rest of our stay delightful. She was wonderfully attentive without being intrusive, and went out of her way to make this a memorable experience for my wife and me."

"My wife and I had a fantastic trip to Punta Cana and our stay in Breathless was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful to our every needs. The food here was amazing, highly recommended checking out the Strip for breakfast for Xhale members and dinner."

"The staff were so friendly & attentive. Our butler Leonardo checked in with us every day & took care of any & all requests. Ivy, our maid, was really sweet & made sure that our room was spotless & comfortable. The pools, including the waterslides next door, were lots of fun & there were many food & entertainment choices. The resort was beautiful & just the right size to meet our family’s needs. There were some nice shops, a drug store, & even a 24 hour doctor on site if needed. I highly recommend Majestic Mirage!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Lopesan! The resort itself is beautiful, and we especially loved the main property, the variety of daily activities, and the pools. The à la carte restaurants offered excellent food and service, and we really enjoyed the unique concept of having a shopping boulevard on the property. A special thank you to the team at Panchi Kids Club. Our daughter absolutely loved spending time there each day. Every staff member was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming, and it gave us peace of mind knowing she was so well taken care of. The only constructive feedback I would offer relates to a few operational details. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. Our room wasn’t always cleaned to the same standard, and items such as robes and towels were often missing or varied from day to day. Whenever we called, the staff responded quickly and resolved the issue, which we appreciated. Additionally, the distance between our room and the Kids Club was quite significant, and the Kids Club and water park are located far from the lobby and main pool areas. Finally, food options at the Boulevard were very limited. YOLO would not allow takeout, and the sports bar did not offer food. As someone who was pregnant during our stay, making the long walk only to find there wasn’t food available when I needed it was disappointing. Overall, we truly enjoyed our vacation and would recommend Lopesan."
Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"My wife and I really liked this resort. We've been to the DR 8 times, and I would say that this place ranks in the top 3. Check in was smooth. We had a 3rd floor room in building 9 which was a very convenient place to be. There are 2 main pools. We spent our time at the one closest to the beach. The staff does an awesome job keeping them clean. You will read reviews where folks say there are not enough umbrellas around the pool. That is pure crap, there are plenty. We were usually poolside by 9:00 and always got the spot we wanted. The guys at the swim-up bar were awesome! Diogenes (Dio), Wander and Francisco took good care of everyone. We would hit the beach in the afternoon and never had a problem finding chairs in the shade. Yes, there is seaweed at the beach, but the staff does their best to keep up with it. The food at the main buffet was pretty good. The guys making the omelets in the morning were 1st class. There is a small buffet at the beach (open air) which is perfect for lunch. As for dinner we tried Route 66 which was really good American food (shout out to Yaris in this place), the Steakhouse (shout out to Jose), and the Japanese restaurant were also very good. The Piano Lounge is an awesome stop. The gent starts playing at 9:00, plays for about 45 minutes, takes a 30-minute break, and then plays from 10:15 until 11:00. He plays 8 to 10 songs, and you knew every one of them (Elton, Billy, Queen, etc…). We have already said that we are coming back next year."
