"El hotel para niños excelente, muchas áreas para ellos. Para adultos el paquete decía club nocturno y no estuvo abierto ni un solo día, ya a las 11 de acababa todo y no había nada más que hacer. Recomiendo que lo abran todos los días ya que los huéspedes están dr vacaciones. La habitación un olor horrible a humedad. Los empleados un hostiles no te ayudaban o un trato de mala gana. Con excepción de Graciela en el family lounge con trato a los niños excelente. Rey mundo en el bar del río y Miguel que nos ayudó en las reservaciones de los restaurantes. Debería mejorar y mucho el hotel con el olor en las habitaciones, y actividades nocturnas."

"La comida del bufet es muy buena, los restaurantes a la carta son difíciles de reservar todos llenos logré uno y la comida no me gustó, la animación es aburrida el Dj de la discoteca malísimo la gente se iba una música aburrida y las piscinas tienen muy poca sombra todo lo demás 8 de 10"

"Accommodations and drinks were top notch as was the pools! Variety of food, something for every taste. Beach was filled with seaweed, but can't fault the resort for that. Above and beyond was the staff and their attention to details! The butler service of Norielis and Elaine was top notch, made sure I was taken care of the entire stay!! Will be returning soon."

"The hotel is very large and beautiful, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was great, and I would definitely recommend it. The only negative aspect was the room, which had a noticeable musty smell. The food was very good, although there is still some room for improvement. The pool could probably use a bit more maintenance, but considering the large number of guests, it’s understandable that it may not always look perfectly clean. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others."

"This property needs to be upgraded. Air was not working. They fixed it and the next morning it was burning hot. Room 3167 and 2174. Shower head needed replacing. Water going everywhere. Staff rude but not all. Some were very helpful. Food was mediocre. Drinks was strong if you want to get drunk . They did shuttle to the casino. Small casino. They said you have access to other RIU hotels but when they had the all white. I asked if they shuttled and was told you have to pay taxi. Be careful because they do charge if you loose key card or towel card. I would not recommend this hotel for older crowd. This is for the young adults. I was not impressed with this hotel and I’m not hard to please. Party of 12 and over half complained most of the trip."
