"My over all experience was okay but I did have some issues.
First off my rooms air conditioning was rattling loudly, it made it difficult to keep it on at night so I had to keep it on during the day when I wasn't in the room and turn it off at night to sleep well.
Second, the pool closing at 6pm is terrible. It should be lit up and open till at least 9pm. This should especially apply to those who reserved a room with a swim up.
Third, the food quality at the buffet wasn't all that great, was expecting higher quality food. Also there was a shocking lack of Dominican food for a resort located in the Dominican Republic.
Fourth, one of the restaurants, specifically the steakhouse took over an hour to prepare the meals for my table. We were sitting there watching other people get their food first when they showed up after us. That's terrible. The food was great but man we shouldn't have to wait over an hour for food.
Other than that, the staff was great and attentive, the amenities were great, the resort and rooms were clean and it was peaceful. The entertainment was nice, a lot of activities to do."
