Room with private jacuzzi was huge and gorgeous, I was upgraded to it for free. Room service was cool, staff are friendly. Food is fine, I saw better options for 5 star in different countries

Received a few stained towels and the bed sheets were a little stained as well. The buffet food & restaurants in general could be a lot better. Overall, okay stay. Friendly staff. Received free room upgrade which was nice.
