「Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.」

「Not sure why this place is getting a lot of hate, spent 4 days there, the room is good and clean and quiet. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good.」

「It was pretty clean, just outdated a little bit they had somethings closed due to refurbishing but the room was nice. The pool is small but wasn’t bad if you’re the only ones in there.」

「we picked this hotel as well located to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the room cleaning was completely unsatisfactory. a fake nail fell out of a clean towel, top of fridge was dirty with rubber band, a bar of butter and dirt on it. will not be coming back」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「Anytime I come to Milwaukee this will be my hotel. Amazing location less than a minute from the highway. It’s almost in the same space as Ross, TJ Maxx, Five Below, Cosco and Olive Garden. The hotel smells amazing and is extremely clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was immaculate, king bed super comfortable (no squeaks or springs lol) and spacious. I slept like a baby. Plus the continental breakfast was a surprise and very good. But!!!! One thing!!! That shower pressure...

「It was like the 60s with actual key to open the door it had windows that opened or seemed to Sounded like they should have been locked all the way but didnt. the heat didnt work there was a window air conditioner up in a window that you could hear the outside .which you could hear from the bathroom window as well It was like a window from a horror movie that you tried to get out of and were killed half way out. The whole bathroom was way outdated as well as the whole room it wasnt like...
