「Everything is perfect 」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. 」

「Service was great. Brian and Krystal were fantastic in the Craft restaurant. Great rooms and very clean.」

「Breakfast menu was great, however, it was extremely busy which left a lot of areas empty and in need of a restock. Garbage was also over flowing because no one had tended to them. The kitchen had a fryer down when we stayed, so that limited our ordering options from the menu. We ended up ordering from another restaurant near by and having it delivered instead. 」

「Rooms were great. Front desk was mildly busy but handdled everything quickly and with smiles. Housekeeping was also great! 」

「The staff was wonderful. The visit was peaceful. The pool/hot tub was great and the staying open late helped a lot. The rooms were comfortable and beds were great too. I wish the police didn't harass customers as much as they did. Trying to come back after a long day of softball and being searched and pestered was not what I was looking forward to but the hotel itself was phenomenal. 」
