「Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly.」

「Things have gone down hill. We used to love the iron horse and it was always a unique, cool place to stay but this last stay was not what we experienced in the past. First the staff no longer are in uniforms. One staff member was wondering around (not sure what he was even doing) in blue jeans and “staff” shirt, the night hostess was in a black iron horse tshirt and black biking shorts, the morning hostess was in a light pink tshirt and pink sweat pants, and bar staff all in jeans and iron...

「The room was clean, as was everything about the property. We had a 400 check in time and when we got there, at 500, on the dot, eveyone was friendly We were told the room wasn't ready yet. The person helping us said it would be just a couple minutes and to get our bags amd it would only be a couple minutes He said he was going up to help the person get the room read. About 15 after, he came down and said it was going to be a couple minutes and he was almost done. By 530, he said AGAIN,...
