「Excellent hotel room. We have two adults and two children, and our room had two Queen beds. What set this place apart from any hotel we’ve ever stayed in are two things: 12-ft ceilings and six feet of space between the foot of the bed and the dressers/desk/tv. Brilliant! Normally four of us in one room would be a nightmare but the Verdant felt palatial. Also the steep-based coffee maker is by far the best hotel room coffee we’ve ever made (creamers would be nice however). Will definitely stay...

「The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. 」

「They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. 」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「I was reticent about trying a self service hotel, but I was delighted by the experience! Checking in was a little confusing at first but the hotel manager quickly assisted us. We really liked the quiet, privacy and amenities. We will stay at the Kinn Guesthouse again, now that we know the process. 」

「Comfortable, easy check in, friendly staff. Rooms were spacious. Pool was great! This was a layover stop for us but would definitely consider it again if in the area. Convenient to other stores and shopping. The only negative was the restaurant; would definitely recommend they play more "all age" appropriate music with less cuss words, especially at 7pm on a Thursday. They forgot half of our order but still attempted to charge us and the pizza was undercooked after waiting 50 minutes for it....
