「First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again 」

「Felt it was an average place to stay. Not horrible but you get what you pay for. We chose it because it was close to an event we were attending. Would be nice to have some outdoor seating. The weather was fantastic so we left the property to enjoy it elsewhere. Rooms may have fresher looking paint (not fan of the blue color) but still feel like it’s dated. Bathroom shower heads need replacing. Bed was comfortable and having a mini fridge with a freezer was nice.」

「I have stayed here two times. It is a sprawling place with a great pools and outdoor areas. This visit although the rooms have been renovated, the mattress seemed old and soft in places. Also the walls are paper thin and I was kept awake by my neighbors who were just talking. I’ll probably stay here again as I love the location and outdoor areas but bring earplugs.」

「Staff was wonderful and knowledgeable about room and surrounding area. Plant of close parking near the elevator.」

「Very basic, like staying in a dormitory. Smelly. Bed was uncomfortable and no automatic setting in the HVAC. Shower head height is fine for people 5ft tall or less, no water pressure. Room location was quiet」

「It was run down a bit but had some charm. Room was clean but tub was a jacuzzi tub with holes where jets use to be. The restaurant “getaway” was excellent and had lots of charm. Deck to view lake como could use some clean up but cannot avoid birds and I guess bird poop but could be cleaned up a bit.」

「Staff so friendly, perfect location, quiet. Room very comfortable although pool looked a bit murky. Breakfast very nice also. Would definitely return.」

「The room was beautiful just like the pictures the staff gave us everything we needed for our 3 day stay so i didn’t need to message about more supplies. the view from the property was gorgeous!!! the hot tub was beautiful with the view and worked nicely. i would 100% book with them again it’s so beautiful and quite」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「Beautiful property. Great view from the room. Really nice deck. The heat/cool system goes on and off all night and is kind of loud. Otherwise a perfect place!」

「Everything was out of order. Single coffee pods in room no coffee maker, no soap in shower, door wouldn't close」

「The room was great, however the fie alarm was going off at 10 pm. Till around 11pm. Also they do not accept cash payment for anything!! Not as good of an experienced as it used to be」
