We stayed in the most reasonably priced room to get acces to moose mountain waterpark. Passes to moose mountain are an extra cost. I swear the listing said breakfast included, it was not. They expect you to take your trash to the dumpster at checkout. The room was hard to regulate temperature on the first floor. If the living area was comfortable, the bedroom was too warm. We even left doors open and turned on ceiling fans. The walls are paper thin. We could hear snoring in the room above us (there wasnt a room immediately next to us on that side). I could hear doors closing and walking in the room next to us. The shower didn't want to get warm either. There also was no vending or ice machines in our building.
Room Positives: nice view and the room was in clean shape. Enjoyed the artwork.
The waterpark was disappointing. I would say maximum age for enjoyment is 8yrs. There are only 2 big slides (1 tube, 1 body). There are not enough tubes, had long waits for tubes to do the tube slide (especially a double). The adult hot tub is pretty nice. The indoor/outdoor hot tub is always packed and people don't follow the over 6yrs old rule. The maximum age limit for kids to get enjoyment out of this park is 10yrs old. Even then, a half day is sufficient to get everything out of it. If you want a waterpark resort experience, you're better off going to great wolf in gurnee, IL or any indoor waterparks in wisconsin dells.
