「The room was filthy. The floors were sticky. The mirror was foggy and clearly had not been wiped down. We had a large spider in our room. There were hair balls in the corner of the room. The hot tub had been concreted in, which was not disclosed upon checking in that they no longer had a hot tub. The entire building was very rundown in major need of renovation and updates the hotel staff kept asking unusual and strange questions and making a point to intercept us wherever we were walking in the...

Our room was disgusting the floors and bathroom… I had to ask the staff for a broom and mop and after having to wash the mop like 10 times I was able to use it. Once I started cleaning the hotel room floor I had to change the water like 3 times because it was that dirty... Breakfast was not that great and...

「This was definitely one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The rooms were clean, staff friendly, nice breakfast, great gym and pool. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quiet. They even had a water bottle filling station!」
