「Room was different than the picture of room we thought we booked was hard to communicate with desk person do to the accent of the desk person」

「I tried to reduce my stay by one night and was told by the property that they would wave the charges for the extra night that I didn’t need, but I was charged anyway. Also, the room smelled unbelievably bad and the surface of the bathtub was pealing up. I checked out immediately due to the smell. I acknowledge that I needed to pay for one non-refundable night, but I was told by the hotel and Expedia that the second night would be waved and that did not happen. Also, the exterior of the hotel...

「Clean room and nice place to stay, only negative was some door and hallway noise outside the room.」

「The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.」

「Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly.」

「Clean room and spaces, and excellent, quiet in room a/c. We needed a room spur of the moment for a grad party nearby and the Baymont Inn and Suites was perfect for the 4 of us. The coffee and breakfast got the spot in the morning. Thank you!」

「I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given.」
