Rooms are comfortable for a short stay. Staff is helpful. My only suggestion is that the coffee machine is available all day and not just in the morning. The staff was kind enough to plug in and I was able to get coffee in the afternoon.

The rooms and bathroom especially have a VERY strong odor of cigarette smoke. So bad, I tried to cancel my reservation to move to another hotel but would have lost a significant amount of money. The breakfast was a pop tart and hostess cakes. They provide 2 small towels for bathroom, and when I asked for an additional washcloth, the guy behind the desk looked at me like I had 3 heads. The vending machine takes coins only. Spend the extra money and stay at the marriot, not this place.

The room was fairly clean. (I noticed a few spots that could have been cleaned better, but I used to do housekeeping). The hot tub (and the shower) were very clean. We love the hot tub! Roomy and very accessible. Bed and pillows very nice. No coffee maker, but coffee in the lobby. No pool.

The room was absolutely filthy and there was no one willing to rectify the issue. There was hair in tub, urine on the floor by the toilet, the room smelled of complete urine. Hair on the pillows, oil/fingerprint smudge marks on the lamp and dresser. Overall disgusting. We all slept with our clothes on and were very uncomfortable in the space.

Bathroom was disgusting. Walls were stained with something dripping down. Floor was very dirty. Mirror was not clean. No Kleenex. No clock on nightstand between beds. When you flipped on switch when entering room, no light went on. We think the lightbulb in floor lamp was burnt out. No pillowcases but pillow shams were used. Very strange. Air conditioning was excessively noisy. Desk staff had no personality at all. Did not make us feel welcomed at all when we checked in. We did not have a good experience at all.

The room was dirty and did not have what was discribed or pictured. The bathroom shower was unclean and stained. There was no breakfast only coffee. The staff was unhelpful and not willing to allow us to switch rooms or help us what so ever. Very disappointing. Also it's no longer a Fairview it's now a Wyndham which makes the stay even more disappointing because our states with Wyndham are generally very positive.

The overwhelming smell of disinfectant should have been my first clue, but I thought, "Its just one night." But I still wound up continuing on my journey rather than stay. While they obviously attempt to clean things the best they can, the furniture is in shambles. Everything appears worn and ragged, like a hotel of stuff found in the alley. The room was basic, still smelling like disinfectant, and the sheets and towels were akin to fine-grade sandpaper. If I took a shower it would have been like drying off with a bathmat. I thought I would get some work done, (wifi works fine) but my chair wasn't tall enough for the desk and I felt like a 5yr old typing. The desk clerk was kind enough to swap it for another but it was the same problem. I weighed my options between staying or just continuing on. I looked around the room, returned the keys, and went on my way.

The property was less expensive than others. The room was clean though did have an odor. They called the breakfast “grab and go”. The only options were pop tarts, granola bars, and apples. The drinks were orange juice and coffee. I expected more options. They had two vending machines, though they only accepted cash so we made sure to bring snacks back to the hotel. LYFT was super expensive so we used Uber though at times there were no Uber rides.
