「This was our second time celebrating my husband’s birthday and our anniversary at Seven Oaks, and as always, the overall atmosphere was lovely. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room prep this stay. We found trash inside the nightstand, the bathroom bin was full, and the candle by the tub was non-functional. 「Room & view were great. Prob the best in Lake Geneva. Restaurant & bar had really friendly & attentive team members. However, the hvac fan ran all night & sounded like a loud jet engine & the thermostat was very difficult to understand. The display timed out very quickly so if you didn’t know what to do, you had to start over. This was a big miss I think, and the only directions in the book were “call the front desk” :(」
