「What a perfect stay! From the moment we arrived the front desk was friendly and helpful. She patiently explained all the amenities and options. Our room was immaculate and spacious. The grounds were well kept. And the town was charming, we will be coming back and I highly recommend!」

「Needs to be shut down. Staff appear to be trying to make it work and were helpful. It is an embarrassment to the downtown of a very charming town of Delavan. We would not recommend it to our family and friends…」

「The location was great, but its under renovation and we were the only ones. The water have a smell and it looks yellow, so we couldn't use the hot tub. The only thing available for us was the room.」

「Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.」

「Rooms were outdated but very clean. Bed was very hard, pillows were flat. There was a mustiness/odor in the room. We ended up leaving as we couldn’t handle the smell.」
