「Beautiful rooms and property. We loved it!」

「Room was amazing! Loved the view, decor, and the atmosphere. Staff was above and beyond. Want to go back in the summer!」

「Stayed during the winter with kids. Pool was a bit chilly but large with lots of toys and floats to use, provided by hotel. Game room was reasonable! Had dinner at the bar/restaurant. Burger with bacon jam was delish. Pork schnitzel was great but mashed potatoes were cold. Overall good meal, with beautiful views. Room was quaint and our deep bathtub with jets was an extra surprise. We enjoyed ourselves! 」

「thin walls allowed us to hear our neighbors early in the morning. It was as if we were in the same room. Steam room was broken. The original room we had booked was a short drive away from the pool/ fitness area so we were given a room in the lodge. That was nice but didnt receive a refund for the difference in rate.」

「Came for work & have been before many times over past 30yrs. It’s holding up! Spa area has been updated. Good food/drink options. Sadly they removed hot tub from locker room area. 」

「We tried contacting management more than 5 times , first about a possible later checkout time and never received a call a text or email , so very poor communication . It snowed , no one put salt as there was ice , the porch light to unit didn't work dark and dangerous ,we are a older couple trying to get in the tub and drain didn't hold water , gathering room had no heat , can't watch tv from couch only from bed . The carpet was very in need of replacing and dirty, stained, had to go out to...

「An amazing place with great staff and surrounding area! Highly recommended!!!」

「Room & view were great. Prob the best in Lake Geneva. Restaurant & bar had really friendly & attentive team members. However, the hvac fan ran all night & sounded like a loud jet engine & the thermostat was very difficult to understand. The display timed out very quickly so if you didn’t know what to do, you had to start over. This was a big miss I think, and the only directions in the book were “call the front desk” :(」
