「The ENTIRE staff at the Best Western Plus in Jefferson, WI were fantastic! Friendly and helpful....always a smile to make you feel welcome, too.」

「Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.」

「Rooms are comfortable for a short stay. Staff is helpful. My only suggestion is that the coffee machine is available all day and not just in the morning. The staff was kind enough to plug in and I was able to get coffee in the afternoon.」

「From the time we check in and wanted to check out was about an hour. The rooms were dark, dead bugs on the floor, spiders crawling on the furnisher, the pool was ice cold and cloudy and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. I was not able to get a full refund. Half was the best they could do. We stated anyway because our four year old was so excited to swim. I will never stay at this location again.」

「We stayed for one night and had a good overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Everything met our expectations, and we would consider staying again.」

「my room was super nice, recently remodeled and it was very roomy. The hallways and other parts could used some updating as well' My biggest complaint is no elevators. The elevators were damaged from the flooding that TOOK PLACE in MARCH!!! Over 3 months ago! There is no reason this shouldn't be fixed. I was on the top floor and it was a pain in the a$$. Not too mention, this should be on the website as some ppl might not even be ablt to use stairs. GET the ELEVATOR FIXED」
