"The staff are friendly and helpful but the room is kind of gross. Shower curtain needs to be changed, or at least washed. Mattress cover is worn out and bumpy. Pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. Pillow cases are grayish-yellow instead of white. Fan on the ac won't turn off. No elevator. "

"Very nice!!! My kids and I cam up from KC for Coldplay and I was worried this would be too far away, but it was perfect!! The staff were very friendly and our room was very clean. The entire facility is fairly new. It’s in a developing area with plenty of places to eat nearby and a gas station right out the front door! Highly recommend."
