「I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. 「Cleanest hotel ever. Granted the building is older, but this is the best maintained property ever. Friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. I mean so many choices, the donuts are in little packages. There is yogurt and fruit cups and fresh bananas apples and oranges. Cereal in little boxes. Hard boiled eggs, cheese omelets, plain omelets. Milk cartons. Bacon, waffles, French toast, sausage!!!! So awesome. Pool was very warm and hot tub worked.Bed was comfy air conditioning worked fine.」

「Beautiful antique decor and spacious room. Rom could have used one more lamp behind the couch and the overhead light on a dinner would have been nice. Not knowing there were no windows in the unit would have been helpful, that was a bit of a shock. Overall a good experience, would go back but not stay in the Lake Riply Room 102.」
