「Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.」

「This was a quick overnight stay before heading to UW Whitewater. Great location near walking distance of many restaurants. Room was perfect for our needs, and breakfast was delicious!」

「Everything is wonderful, I just wish they have a better bed and softer blanket or sheets.」

「Our room was decent. The shower had a glass door which is not ideal for bathing children. Not many tv channels, but the grounds were well kept and plenty of activities outdoors to keep us busy. We went in the pool, played free board games, tried out the theater, and joined in fire pit s’mores. My daughter loved the pool and arcade. The coffee shop was good and the hotel restaurant Waterfront was delicious. We adores the soft pretzels with cheese at the gazebo by the pool.」

「This is a nice, clean, relatively new facility. Helpful staff, easy check in and out. I'd stay there again.」

「The hotel is not great at all. Dark and kind of dirty. Both the sink and tub didn’t drain. When we told them the toilet was backed up (as was everything else) the guy literally brought me a plunger in a plastic grocery bag with human waste all over the plunger. Handed it to me and practically ran away. There was a little bit of blood on the comforter. Other than that the sheets were clean. That’s about all I can say. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I’m not sure about the quality of the food.」
