「Very clean grounds and room. Alyssa(sp) was wonderful at check-in. The only downside was our room keys were turned off at 10:30AM . Checkout is 11:00AM. We will definitely stay here in the future.」

「I am paranoid about bedbugs, hotel cleanliness, and general safety in the surrounding area. This was a clean, quiet hotel in the middle of a quiet area that appeared very safe and had easily accessible grocery stores, gas stations, and places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend.」

「Andrew at the front desk was really nice and helpful, probably the best host I’ve ever had at a hotel. Unfortunately, the room didn’t mean our expectations. Our room didn’t have any hot water the first night, Andrew was able to reset it and it worked for the 2nd night, then it didn’t work again the next morning. Our shower didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner and they were not refilled during the day when housekeeping came in..the AC seemed to be a little weak as well. There weren’t any extra...

「We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so.」

「Amazing resort all-round for our dogs and for my wife and me. Expansive walking and trails around the property and beautiful lake views for all over the property; and very close to downtown Lake Geneva, which is a great way to spend a day around the lake, at the beach, and eating or visiting shops (and is very dog-friendly itself). Resort has plenty of dining spots - we loved the Italian restaurant, and the cafe for grabbing afternoon coffee and s’mores packs for evening desserts by the outdoor...
