「I was staying for one night. I drove 8 hours from Ohio so I would be there to pick up my kid from camp the next day. When I arrived, they could not check me in because the system was down. After waiting in the lobby for an hour, Jeff manually checked me in. Jeff was great. However the experience was still frustrating. At check-out, they couldn't check me out so now I have no idea how much they are going to charge me. I am going to be incredibly disappointed if I get charged full price.」

「We had a great time making with what we had. The arcade was fun for the kids, the pool area and slides were nice. There were a couple things that could have made it better, such as the receptionist could have given more info on the stay simple like- going over the amenities, check out time, etc. The room we had was okay, except the plumbing was not that great. The tub and sink both drained poorly. The kitchen was missing some important items like a pan and spatula. And it would be nice if the...

「The hotel was clean, well Maintained and located near food and shopping. Beds were comfortable, the room was inviting and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable.」

「The hotel has a nice pool area and a laundry facility, although we didn’t use it. Our room was pretty clean but was very musty smelling. All of the furniture seemed to be a little beat up. Breakfast options did not vary during our four night stay.」

「Air conditioner made such horrible noises was unable to get a good nights sleep. Tried adjusting it several times, but it still was very noisy. Floors in room were very slippery but navigable. Staff was outstanding and very friendly. Outside pool was clean and comfortable. Especially liked walk in feature. Did not utilize any other accommodations. If it wasn’t for the air conditioners constant noise, would have been comfortable stay.」
