「The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! One of many special touches. The lobby offered refreshing specialty iced tea drinks as well as water, coffee and hot chocolate. 「The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site.」

「Amazing location and waterpark. Rooms were very nice and clean. Spacious space for the three of us. The waterpark was amazing and not too busy. I liked the fact that you can’t get day passes for the waterpark like a lot of the other waterpark/hotels do now.」

「Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.」

「Rooms are clean - we stayed there for a wedding - it is really annoying how they raise the prices especially so much - I paid $500 for a room- thats doubled the price it should be for no additional services - also requested early check in due to needing to get to the wedding by 3- they replied it would be put on our account - we got there at 215 and were told our room wasnt ready - annoying won't probably stay there again」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「Exceptional rooms, view, and staff. If you’re looking to stay out of the fray of downtown, this is the place for you. I highly recommend getting a lakeside room with a balcony.」

「First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again 」

「Staff did a good job. Room was unsatisfactory, window shade needed a strong man to operate. Pull curtain fell off the rod when closed. No microwave. No cabinet under the awful large TV. No art work. Would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. Did not have a free continental breakfast and charged another $30 in resort charges………for What????」

「Room and grounds were beautiful. Unfortunately roads were being redone and in order to get to cottages a golf cart was needed to get there. It seemed easy early in the day, however, after the wedding reception that we were there for ended they had taken all of the golf carts away. It was very odd. It made it difficult to get back to our rooms. Unfortunate situation but the rest of the property was gorgeous, we'd definitely go back.」
