「Feel as if we were put in a room that they started to convert into maybe a studio but never finished. The 2nd bed had been removed and was large open space with nothing. Only place to sit was one desk chair. I'm 5'4" and I had to jump up to get onto the bed which was rather strange. There were no USB ports to charge phones/laptops and my side of the bed did not have any outlets; my husbands side of the bed had an outlet that could be utilized but not convenient. 「From the time we check in and wanted to check out was about an hour. The rooms were dark, dead bugs on the floor, spiders crawling on the furnisher, the pool was ice cold and cloudy and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. I was not able to get a full refund. Half was the best they could do. We stated anyway because our four year old was so excited to swim. I will never stay at this location again.」
