「Watch out! I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport, BUT when checking in, I was informed that they did NOT have a shuttle on weekends. The front desk was very combative and blamed me, and then Expedia, for the mistake. When I showed them the Holiday Inn website saying that a shuttle was available every day, they said "well you can get Uber or a taxi". A big added cost that should not have happened.」
