「Our villa was clean and we had zero issues with it - everything worked. Laundry was easy to use, and we were even able to get room service. Somewhat unexpected given that the villas are detached from the main lodge. The only thing to know is that villas guests *do not* have access to the main outdoor pool, which means one cannot use the outdoor food/bar there. 「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」
