「I was dissatisfied with the service. I was booked for five days but didn't need all the days. I understand I booked through a third party expidia. I still feel like the hotel is not returning communication from expidia when they reach out. The young lady athe front desk wouldn't even give me any kid of documentation that I checked out. We had a fire evacuation in the middle of the night we waited outside for two hours, the next morning I asked if I could check out late the same young lady told...

「The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy Appleton, Lawrence University, Saturday farmers market and some great restaurants. They also have a nice pool.
The very mild issue was the Harvest restaurant breakfast which was disappointing. There are good restaurants close by though so overall it wasn’t an issue. Also, Starbucks is in the hotel. We’ve stayed before and will definitely stay again!」
