「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「A charming, cozy hotel that's neither brand new nor cheap, but location-wise it's a winner. Perfect for exploring Pacific Grove on foot. The room is large and comfortable, though the extremely dirty floor was quite a surprise—we had to wear shoes inside.」

「My flight was delayed, causing me to miss the connection and rebook the next flight for the following morning. I spoke to the hotel operator a couple times, even sent email proof that the flight was delayed and my connection still left at the same time. Never heard a response back, and never got a refund. Very disappointing.」

「Staff was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. A short couple minute walk and you’re at the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent at the beach or you can pre order with a QR code in your room. On sore ice machine and laundry was very convenient! There is even a community panty where prior guests can leave things for others to use such as sunscreen, bug spray, pool noodles, etc. Easily jump on the trolley to catch a ride around Siesta Key.
