We were looking for beach access with a great king size bed and we got soo much more! The staff was always available to help, if not in the office through text. The room was great size and the bed very comfortable. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach and want a great option with great prices Anthony’s on the beach is the way to go! We’ll be going every year now moving forward.

Room wasn’t clean, bed spread dirty, tv works only on WiFi, to get clean towels you had to track someone down, if you had any issues you called a number which no one answered but voicemail. It’s just not the kind of place I would want to ever stay in again.

Loved staying here although there listing are confusing as for Water view or Beach View. Basically its on the beach and you have to walk to the beach to walk out of your room to have that view. The deck is great to watch the beach from. Would stay again.

The room was small but nice. The bed very comfortable. The shower was great. The view was awesome. It's right on the beach. Heard the ocean in the room. The beach was clean and practically private. Has wooden swings on the beach. I'm going back again next month.

Room was ready when we arrived. But the door jam was broken so it wouldn’t latch to lock without using the key. So every time we left the room, we would have to lock the door using a physical key. It would be nice for that to be updated. The beach access was wonderful and so convenient. There were chairs and other beach accessories available for use. Some were broken and things could be repaired there. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would recommend for the beach access alone! Very quiet area as well

It was a different experience but a wonderful one. It is a small privately run Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean the rooms were. The outside area is in the middle of being remodeled but it was very convenient to walk down to the beach. We had a full kitchen in the room so once we checked in, we never left. We will definitely be back!

The lady that took care of us on the property her name is Sasha we'll manner lady , willing to go out and beyond to her the guess. This is our 4th time at the property beachside property can't beat it. The sliding door to the restroom needs adjustment is hard to open and close room 110. Everything else cool.

Clean rooms, great rates for being right on the beach. We found the beds a bit too firm for our liking but our friends beds were comfortable. All a preference thing. Nice lower patio that was great for just hanging out. We'd stay here again.

Our second stay here. A repeat customer from a few years ago - fondly remembered it and specifically sought it out for our stay. Beach right off side porch, has an upper and lower deck, can use their lawn chairs on the beach. Please be cautious with the water though (especially with kids) as the constant rollers makes for a strong undertow. The aquatic themed bedspread a nice touch. Ice, microwave, good sized fridge. Nice spot. Try the New China takeout a couple of minues north for a tastey supper. Hope to come again sometime. Thank you guys.
