"The lazy river was my favorite place to be i could just float relax and rest.the staff was very nice and helpful. The beat place ever i love it. the carts that you can chexk out at yhe front desk for free have 2 chair and an umbrella and the beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. If i could i would live here forever.i tell all my friends and family i can't say enough about how wonderful this place is"

"The room had really bad stains over the curtains ,it is dated and really needs Reno’s. The main door would have easily opened with a push as it did not fit into the frame very well. Great location but would not stay here again."

"Can’t really complain about a two bedroom hotel room for under $100 with a view of cocoa beach. Super convenient for my family of 6 during our road trip. It could have been a tad cleaner in the corners of the rooms and the bathroom faucet but other than that no complaints. Had a lady yelling for help in the bedroom above us but guess that could happen at any hotel. Waffle House steps from the hotel and enormous Ron Jon surf shop right down the rd."

"Room was very clean, Hotel was good for being older hotel. The onsite bar was little to be desired. The onsite Thai restaurant was ok."

"Absolutely the cutest place. Pros: Amazing outdoor, aesthetically cozy, well decorated, well taken care of clean, outdoor space. Loved the lounge chairs and shared spaces. Shower off spots were perfect. Loved having a private beach steps away (so lovely). We were gifted gorgeous, sunny 80 degree weather. The beach chairs were perfect to get close to the water and easy to carry. Plenty to choose from. Our cottage was perfect for everything we needed. Constant towels and service came by everyday to ask if we needed anything. Parking was great and the whole place was private and felt very safe. The price was affordable and I so appreciated that. Cons: The beach was FULL of seaweed including in the water everywhere. This was a coastal issue, not unique to our place. Sure wish I knew this ahead of time as this was the only 2 days of the year that I would get to have time on a beach. Even if I could go in the water, there was a constant Rip current advisory, so we couldnt go in anyway. We still made the most of it and did one deck day in the sun and one beach day in the sun. There was construction next door (loud saws). I picked this place bc it was one of few that didnt notify it had construction next door, but then it did. There wasnt really much of an ocean view from the sun deck (high dunes), but the sound of the ocean was so nice when the construction wasnt going on. Despite all of this, I would totally come back again during a different time of year (no seaweed). "

"Very nice although we had a small maintenance problem. They made it right with us by moving us to another room and then back into our assigned room. Maintenance needed to communicate more worth the front desk on when the room was finished though. Pool was not opened but could use the Marriott Hotels pool. But in the end very happy with the stay."

"We did not stay. We opened the door to the room, it smelled of black mold. The bathtub was disgusting. We left. We did not receive a refund, but there was no way we were staying there. We aren’t the only people that was highly disappointed. We walked by one room that had their door propped open with the mini fridge. This place needs to be tore down. "
